Meet Charley
Director | Builder | Proud Dad
Charley is a fourth-generation builder with deep roots in the construction industry and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship.
After leaving school, he joined the family business, developing extensive hands-on experience across construction, renovations and bespoke home projects. Today, he leads Scarbo Design & Build with a strong focus on craftsmanship, communication and delivering a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Known for his detail-driven approach and calm project management style, Charley oversees every build personally to ensure each one is delivered with care, precision and lasting quality. Clients value his hands-on involvement, transparent communication and commitment to creating spaces that are thoughtfully built and finished to an exceptional standard.
Beyond the office and project sites, you’ll find him with his daughter Zola, enjoying family time and planning their next adventure. Those values carry through into his work, influencing the care and thoughtfulness he brings to every project.

Kate Scott
Kate oversees the finance and administration side of the business, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. With previous experience in administration, accounting, and PA work, she brings great organisation and attention to detail to the team. She also has a real talent for interior design and has personally designed and managed multiple home renovation and extension projects, including her current early 19th century property. Away from work, Kate is a mum of three and loves spending time with her granddaughter.

Regularly found in the office, usually sleeping or waiting for snacks to become available. Responsible for morale and occasional distraction breaks.

Chloe A
Chloe manages our social media, marketing, branding, and day-to-day office admin. She holds a degree in Fashion Business & Promotion and has built hands-on experience in marketing and communications.
A former national swimmer and swimming teacher, she brings creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication to the team. Outside of work, she’s a mum to one, and when she’s in the office, her daughter is often nearby adding a bit of extra energy to the day!
