CLIENT BRIEF

Set on one of St Albans’ most desirable streets, this project involved a full transformation of a dated property into a modern, six-bedroom family home. The client envisioned a bright, open-plan home that was both family-friendly and design-forward. With a keen eye for interiors, they collaborated closely with our team to ensure every space had purpose, cohesion, and style. They also wanted significant additional space — including extra bedrooms, enhanced living areas, and tailored storage solutions.

CHALLENGES & OUR SOLUTION

One of the main complexities of this project was integrating multiple extensions — front and rear — while maintaining architectural harmony and planning approval. Our design team ensured that the roof alterations and flush casement window upgrades aligned seamlessly with the property's street presence.

Internally, we worked closely with the client to ensure that custom features, including the pantry, utility room, staircase, and media wall, were executed exactly to spec, blending form and function throughout the home.
